How it works

For this year's Black Friday, we have decided to offer a tiered discount, so that the more you add to your basket, the greater your savings.

This means that the more quality tools you invest in, either for yourself or for this year's Christmas gifts, the greater the discount we can offer on your total order.

When you add products to your basket, your discount will automatically be deducted from the price, and you can keep track of your earned discount.


Black Friday starts on 21 November at 7 a.m. CET for everyone with Pre-Access. For everyone else, the site opens at 5 p.m., so sign up for Pre-Access if you want to be first in line.

FAQ - Black Friday

The discount scale is structured in three steps, applies to all products and starts at 15% on all orders under €220.

This gives you the opportunity to supplement your collection with some of our bestsellers at a competitive price. This could be our popular griddle, for example, or our quality chef's knives.

If you add items to your basket for €220 or more, you save 20% – this could be our frying pan set or our three most popular kitchen knives, for example.

When you add €590 or more to your basket, you save 25%. This could be our Complete 5-ply set or our Ultimate Collection knife set, for example.

As standard, we offer a volume discount on our sets, and of course you shouldn't miss out on this on Black Friday, so you get it on top of the tiered discount.

On Thursday, 20 November at 5 p.m., our website will go dark to prepare for Black Friday.

On Friday, 21 November at 7 a.m., the site will reopen exclusively for those with Pre-Access. We will send you a password at 6:30 a.m. by email, which you must use to access the website while it is still closed to those without Pre-Access.

At 5 p.m. on the same day, the site will reopen to everyone. Our Black Friday campaign runs until Sunday, 30 November at 11:59 p.m.

It is not possible to use discount codes during Black Friday - Black Friday offers cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes and the like. If you have a discount code that you would like to use on our website, you can do so again from Monday 1 December. However, you will still receive our normal volume discounts on top of our Black Friday offers.

We expect all orders to be processed within 2-5 days, but due to exceptional busyness at the carriers, some orders may be delayed.

We have extended the return period until 15 January 2026 – so you can safely buy your Christmas presents on Black Friday.

Unfortunately, due to high demand in our warehouse, we are unable to make changes to your order.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you can return the order when you receive it – the money will be refunded when we receive the package back. If you would like to take advantage of another offer, you must place a new order before the offer expires or sells out.
